What makes this workshop different, is that you will learn how easy it is to set and sustain boundaries when you know how to use your own personal energy system to do so

We all need to be able to establish and maintain boundaries, whether it be at home, in the workplace or the school yard. And it doesn’t matter what age or gender we are.

Boundaries keep us safe,  protect our personal space and communicate our values to others.

Boundaries are guidelines, rules or limits that we create to identify for ourselves what we choose to experience in our lives. 

Boundaries let us know who we are and enable us to maintain our sense of self.  When someone crosses our boundary we immediately know this has happened.  We feel uncomfortable, violated, not cared about. 

Simply put, a lack of boundaries invited a lack of respect.  Boundaries are to protect life, not limit pleasures.  We use our boundaries to teach others how to treat us.

Having boundaries does not mean you are selfish uncaring or a control freak.  Once you love and honour your own spirit and bodies then you are able to be generous with your  love and compassion for others.

In this workshop we will look at what works for you and what doesn't - we all have individual needs. That is what makes this topic so exciting.  It doesn't have to be a minefield.

You will receive plenty of strategies and ideas as to how to make the required mindset and behavioural changes required to successfully organise and maintain your boundaries.

You will be surprised to discover how easy it is to set boundaries and how much you already know about the subject.
